It has now been 10 years that our event \u201cMachines and plants for North America\u201d<\/strong> represents a point of reference for the operators of the industrial automation sector.   An occasion to analyse and explore the technical, regulatory and legal topics related to export, focusing on Canada and the USA.  In the event to be held on the 7th*February 2017<\/strong>, we will focus on the requirements of regulations UL 508a, NFPA 79, CSA C22.1 (CE Code), CSA C22.2 N.286 and, in particular, will analyse the latest developments introduced by NEC 2017 \u201cNational Electrical Code\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8:45<\/strong>\u00a0Registration and Welcome Coffee.
9:15<\/strong>\u00a0Opening and introduction.
9:40\u00a0<\/strong>Changes and requirements introduced by the new edition of NEC 2017 \u201cNational Electrical Code\u201d. Main differences between the new edition of NEC 2017 and the requirements of NEC 2014 and the Canadian ones defined by CSA C22. 1 (CE Code 2015) \u201cCanadian Electrical Code\u201d. In depth-analysis: requirements related to field-installed components, differences between \u201cbuilding\u201d, \u201cstructure\u201d and \u201cequipment\u201d; applicability of related regulations NFPA 79 \u201cElectrical Standard for Industrial Machinery\u201d, NEC and CSA 22.1 (Canadian Electrical Code); requirements related to control panels with related regulations CSA C22.2 No. 286 \u201cIndustrial Control Panels and Assemblies\u201d and UL 508A \u201cIndustrial Control Panels\u201d Explanations and comparisons of product quality marks. In-depth analysis of the management of residual risks and the relation between legislation (OHSA) and regulations (UL 508a, NEC, CSA C22.1, CSA C22.2 No. 286).

16:30<\/strong>\u00a0Conclusion with distribution of memory sticks containing the conference proceedings and the technical documentation. 20 attendants will be awarded a prize by lot.

The location.<\/b>
As for the past edition, the Conference will be held at the \u201cHotel C\u00c6SIUS Therm\u00e6 SPA\u201d, Via Peschiera, 1, 37011 Bardolino (Verona) \u2013 Italy. From the Milan-Venice motorway, take the Peschiera del Garda exit (12 km from the Hotel C\u00e6sius Therm\u00e6 SPA), continue towards Bardolino and, once in Cisano, for approximately 200 m until the hotel on the right (approximately 15 minutes). From the Modena-Brennero motorway, take the Affi exit (7 km away), continue towards Cavaion and then Bardolino. Once in Bardolino, at the roundabout, turn left towards Lazise, continue for 2.5 km until finding the hotel on the left. The Verona Villafranca airport \u201cValerio Catullo\u201d is approximately 30 km away and can be easily reached via the A22 motorway (Modena-Brennero).
